How can I partner with Inuka?
We work with nonprofits, funders, government agencies, and housing providers to co-develop projects, scale support programs, and transform existing housing into community-owned assets. Reach out to explore aligned opportunities.
What makes Inuka different from other housing organizations?
We’re community-rooted, equity-led, and support-driven. Our work started with grassroots organizing and is guided by people with lived experience of housing insecurity. We focus not only on affordability, but on dignity, ownership, and long-term success.
Can we co-develop new housing together?
Yes. We welcome partnerships with mission-aligned developers, landowners, and funders. Whether you have land to develop, a building to repurpose, or capital to invest, we’re open to collaboration.
Do you accept philanthropic funding?
Absolutely. Philanthropy plays a critical role in bridging financing gaps and sustaining support programs. We work with foundations, donor-advised funds, and private donors to ensure our projects remain inclusive and affordable.
Do you provide reports or impact data?
Yes. We will track impact across key metrics—including housing stability, income growth, credit improvement, and community wellbeing—and share regular updates with partners and supporters.
Can we support your programs without being involved in housing development?
Yes. Many of our collaborators fund or help deliver coaching, employment support, and tenant readiness programs. These partnerships help extend our reach beyond just bricks and mortar.
